TERMS & CONDITIONS:
All classes will automatically be cancelled in the event a Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal no. 8 is raised. In the case of moderate to heavy rain we will inform you 1 hour prior to class if a session will be cancelled via SMS or email (for outdoor venues only). We will endeavor to arrange one make-up class per term in these cases, at Sport4Kids operated venues only (see below).
Make-up class policy
If your child is unable to attend class for any reason we require 12 hours notice via email or phone. At Sport4Kids operated venues one make-up class can be arranged per term – a list of alternative days/times will be provided upon request, and these may not be at the same venue as the original class. In the case of privately run venues, including members only clubs and complexes, make-up classes are held at the discretion of the venue. All make-up classes must be applied within the same term, and cannot be carried over.
All payments must be received prior to, or on the first day of term, in the form of cheque or cash (clearly labeled with the child’s name and a contact phone number). We are only able to take bookings for a full-term and cannot pro-rata individual classes. Our term length varies from venue to venue, and term to term.
We require the presence of a parent/guardian throughout class for students younger than 3 years old. Parental accompaniment is not required for children aged 3+ years.
Our coaches take photos of our students from time to time for sharing with parents and for potential promotional usage, which may include our website, Facebook page and flyers. If you object to a photo of your child being taken please inform us in writing by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
We require that all participating children purchase and attend class wearing the Sport4Kids uniform—a sweat-resistant t-shirt and pair of shorts. Email us to order your uniform: email@example.com
